Training

The machines are installed by one of our assembly teams at the customer premises, then one of the service engineer's will give detailed training to the operator of how to operate and maintain the machine.

Our service department takes care of the training of the operators. Both the working of the software program as well as the maintenance of the machine and trouble shooting will be explained in this training. Voortman attaches great value to a healthy partnership with all their customers. Therefore it’s very important to obtain the instructions that will be given in the training of our service engineers. In this way the continuity of your production process can be guaranteed.

The training can be given at the Voortman production facility in Rijssen or after the installation of the machine at the customer's premises.
