Beam drilling systems

Voortman has a large range of structural fabricating drilling machines in tits range. With the V613 and V630 the drilling system at a fixed position and custom made material handling transports the beams to the drilling line. The V613M and the V630M have an integrated roller feed measuring system positions material. Material positioning with the V613T and the V630T is achieved using a feeder truck with a hydraulic gripper. These drilling systems can be combined with a Voortman sawing machine, a Voortman beam coping system and/or a Voortman shot blaster.

The V600 Intimidator has the drilling unit horizontally mounted in a drilling cabin, which is moved along the drilling table.

V600 CNC Drill line The V600 Intimidator is fitted with one horizontal servo-controlled drilling unit mounted in a drilling cabin. V613 CNC Drill line The V613M is fitted with one rotating servo-controlled drilling unit and a roller feed measuring system. V613T CNC Drill line The V613T is fitted with one rotating servo-controlled drilling unit and a feeder truck for material positioning.

V630M CNC Drill line The V630M is fitted with one vertical and two horizontal servo-controlled drilling units and a roller feed measuring system. V630T CNC Drill line The V630T is fitted with one vertical and two horizontal servo-controlled drilling units and a feeder truck for material positioning.
