Combined punching and shearing line

Voortman has three lines in their product range for the processing of flat bar and angles. Firstly the V550 which is suitable for processing of both flat bar and angle, but primarily this machine is used for the processing of flat bar. The V505 was specially developed for the processing of angles, making this machine the most popular for the structural steel fabricator and the transmission and cell towers fabricators. The V505 can also process flat bar.

The V610 Drilling system is a CNC controlled machine for drilling and sawing various types of steel profiles such as flat, angle, tubes and W shapes. The V610 is fitted with a vertical high speed drill spindle. The material can be rotated to drill on all sides.

V550-1 Punching and shearing The V550-1 is supplied with a single punch and a flat bar shear. V550-10 Punching and Shearing The V550-10 is supplied with 10 punch turret and a flat bar shear. V505-3 Punching and shearing The V505-3 is supplied with two punch assemblies each fitted with a triple gag punch station a single cut shear.

V505 -2 Punching and Shearing The V505-2 is supplied with two punch assemblies each fitted with a double gag punch station a single cut shear.
