V550-1 Punching and shearing line
The V550 Punching and shearing line is a modular design for the processing of flat bar and angle. The basic model of the V550-1 punching and shearing system consists of an infeed system, a hydraulic single punch and a flat bar shear.
In our series of the V550 punching and shearing lines the V550-1 is the basic system. This robust punching and shearing system is supplied with a 100 ton punch assembly with a single tool suitable for processing flat bar. The V550-1 can also produce layout marks for subsequent fabrication positions. The V550-1 punching and shearing system is supplied with a 220 ton hydraulic flat bar shear. The V550-1 punching and shearing system can be equipped with a single disc marking system for piece part identification on flat bar and angle.
