Options
These primer lines can be provided with several options.
Pre-HeaterThe efficiency of shot blasting and the quality of the coat will be improved if material stored outdoors is brought to a higher temperature before the blasting/painting process starts. The shot blasting operations will need less power and the drying process will be shorter. Energy as necessary is applied by high-speed burners placed inside an insulated steel sheet housing. The housing has lock sections on input and output side that are equipped with curtains and suction system to avoid hot air can escape. |
