Automatic brush and blow-off unit

The brush and blow-off unit consists of a brush in combination with a blow-off fan, which removes superfluous abrasive from the blasted material.

Consisting of:

• Machine housing
• The powered brush is automatically adjusted to the height of the material being shot blasted. The height is automatically determined via a light beam
• The brush and blow-off fan are integrated into one frame
• Brush diameter Ø 800 mm
• Safety device for brush and blow-off unit
• 6 transport rolls Ø 159

Collection hopper under the outfeed roller conveyor

The collection hopper is placed under the outfeed roller conveyor of the shot blaster. Dimensions approx. 12.000 x 1.600 mm. The hopper is equipped with a screw conveyor for returning the grid to the abrasive container of the shot blaster.

The collection hopper is placed under the outfeed cross transports of the shot blaster. Dimensions approx. 12.000 x 5.000 mm. The hopper is equipped with screw conveyors for returning the grid to the collection hopper under the outfeed roller conveyor of the shot blaster.
