Many years of experience has shown us how important it is to have a dependable service support. A malfunction during production can have a great impact on a company, if the production process is disturbed and the continuity is interrupted. The service team of Voortman is extremely capable of repairing these disruptions or minimize the result of any interruption.

By applying modern communication technologies we are capable of locating a failure and eventually remedy it remotely from our service departments. Contact will be made with the machine control with the help of an Internet connection. For a visual connection, a web cam is provided with each machine. If the problem can't be solved by telephone or online, within 24 hours a service engineer will arrive at the customer’s plant to solve the problem.
