Introduction

Beam cambering systems The V2000 is developed for trouble free and quick bending or straightening of beams. With its three models that increase in cylinder force virtual every beam can be bended. With the same working height as all other Voortman beam processing machines the cambering machine can easily be integrated in every system configuration.

Remote control operation

By using the remote control the operator can control the machine from every spot, in this way multiple tasks can be done simultaneously.

Moveable reaction points

Being able to move the reaction points releases the possibility to give a beam virtual every angle. The shorter the distance the sharper the angle. The step less movement of the reaction points is fast and does not require any manual effort.

Failure free serial production

Stroke memory results in high productivity during the serial production of similar beams. To ensure a correct stroke and bending distance the reaction points and cylinder are equipped with material detection.

Fast production

For quick repositioning of the beam driven roller conveyors are mounted on the in and outfeed side of the machine. When the beam is cambered in a horizontal position measurement is easy and the product is processed in the same position as in other machines, thereby allowing for in line production.

The V2000 can be provided with several options.

Different types of cross transports

A motor driven roller conveyor at the in- and out feed side of the cambering machine to support the beam during the cambering process.

Remote control

With the remote radio control the cylinder can be operated in and out and the transport rolls can also be controlled forwards and backwards. The start and stop of the automatic cycle is also possible with the remote control.
