V806M

The V806M is a coping system with a universal six axis industrial robot. The extreme flexibility of the robot enables the machine to cut every 3D shape possible. Positioning speed and flexibility are the highest available in the market today.

 

V808M

The V808 is the market leading plasma coping system with 8 axis. The extreme flexibility of the robot in combination with machine structure enables the machine to cut every 3D shape possible. This system allows for enormous freedom to design and produce structures with the most complex connections and copes, but also a significant increase in production speed. By launching the V808 it is now, for the first time ever, possible to mark all four sides of your material.

Both plasma and oxy-fuel

The coping system can be equipped with both plasma and oxy-fuel. Therefore the coper is equipped with an easy interchangeable cutting system. It is also possible to choose a single cutting system.

Flexible cutting due to 2 cutting area’s

By using a measuring system (measuring rolls) mounted in the middle of the machine and a fixed position of the robot in the centre of the system, it is possible to cut on both front and end of the material in one process.

Lay out marking

Lay-out marking is possible by using plasma cutting device. By using lay-out marking the assembly process will be optimized. Creating higher efficiency, less errors and reducing man hours. (1 hour per metric ton)

No restriction in only using standard macro's

From now on you can import any shape you want. Even importing a DSTV file, from for example SDS2 or Tekla is possible, and even better, without almost any adjustment you can start producing your products. The VACAD module will also show you the actual dimensions in a clear graphical image.

Interconnection with other Voortman systems

The combination of several machines in one automated line results in a minimum of handling and a complete process that can be controlled by one person. By only importing your production data once into the Voortman production database (VACAM), all processes can be performed fully automatically and error free.

Software

The software program “VACAM-Machine Edition” is installed on the control system. The control system can be integrated in the company’s network, so DSTV- and DSTV+-data can be directly downloaded, from system files within the company database, to the system.

V808: 2nd additional axis

Compared to the V806 this machine has two additional axis. The main advantage is that with these additional axis the machine is able to cut/mark on the bottom side.

Different types of cross transports

Different types of cross transportsFor effective material handling the beam coping machine can be equipped with several types of cross transports. The infeed and outfeed cross transports are executed with several detectors, enabling the automatic transport of beams one by one from the infeed cross transport into the machine and transported on to the outfeed cross transport automatically.

 
Software

In VACAM, production data can be in- and exported in the format of DStV(+).

Besides the comfort of a Windows based environment VACAM has the advantage that authorized persons at all times can retrieve real-time information about the production progress. This can be done through an on-screen in-motion presentation of the system.

For a more detailed report the Production Data Exporter module can be used. This module allows real-time fabrication information sharing. In any case all operations and motions performed on the system are stored for sharing with any ERP, MRP, MIS and BIM software systems.
