In response to the growing international demand for Voortman machinery and systems, Voortman Asia has been opened a year ago. Now, after a year, several systems have been sold throughout Australia and South East Asia. Voortman Asia is established for almost a year now. Voortman South East Asia is located in the Brisbane area, Queensland, Australia. The new office handles all sales and marketing enquiries for the South East Asia region, Australia and New Zealand. It also coordinates the after sales service activities for this region.
Voortman strives to be the first to come up with new technologies and solutions, so that our customers will have a technological advantage! In order to keep at the forefront we've expanded our R&D department with two mechanical engineers and two software engineers!
In order to provide our customers with a top quality service, we are constantly improving our service department. Recently we have expanded our service department to 24 well trained mechanics and with an additional service desk engineer.
One year ago we installed the first VACAM software on our CNC-controlled fabrication systems. We are proud to report many satisfied customers using the Voortman in-house designed software. The user-friendly VACAM makes it possible to input products from profiles or strip material very simply. After the inputting, it is possible to nest the products and send them directly to the pre-fabrication machinery as NC-files for production. According to our customers, VACAM isn’t just user-friendly but also easily adaptable to a fabricators specific requirements. So now currently, every single Voortman machine can delivered with the powerful VACAM software.
