After installing the Voortman machines at the customer’s premises by one of our teams, each machine will be delivered with an extensive manual on CD. With this our customers have good and detailed information about the machine that was purchased.
Because of the extensive manual a training by one of our service engineers on site is essential. If required, the training can be completed at the state-of-the-art Voortman Production Facility in Rijssen.
Both the working of the software program as well as the maintenance of the machine and troubleshooting will be explained in this training. To guarantee the continuity of the production process it is very important to obtain the instructions that will be given in this training.
