• One-day program – September 25: Join us at the Voortman campus for a full day of live demos, guided tours, expert talks, and networking.
• Two-day program – September 25 & 26: In addition to the Experience Day at Voortman on September 25, you can opt in for exclusive reference visits on September 26. Spots for the reference visits on September 26 are limited.

TRANSPORT

A shuttle service will be available during the event to ensure a smooth visit:

• Thursday: Shuttles will run between the Van der Valk hotels (Hengelo, Deventer, Enschede) and Voortman between 07:30 – 08:30, and again after the evening program.
• Friday: A shuttle bus will run from Voortman and the Van der Valk hotels to the reference visit locations, and back to Voortman and the hotels.

If you prefer to arrange your own transport, most visitors choose to:

• Rent a car at Schiphol Airport >>
• Use public transport >>
• Travel by their own means.
