In this video, you can see the V630 drilling holes in a steel profile with carbide drills. Carbide is an extremely hard material that can handle the high temperatures created during drilling. This makes it ideal for fast and accurate hole production.

During drilling, the V630 uses a Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system. Compressed air and small droplets of oil are supplied through channels inside the drill. This helps lubricate the cutting area and remove chips while using only a small amount of oil. The result is a fast, reliable drilling process with consistent hole quality and long tool life.
