In this video, you can see the V631 milling holes in a steel profile using carbide tools. Carbide is an extremely hard material that can withstand the high temperatures generated during high-speed milling. Oil and compressed air are directed alongside the tool for lubrication and cooling. Combined with a greater depth of cut, this allows the V631 to remove large amounts of material quickly and efficiently.
