DEMO - V631: Processing heavy profiles

The V631 is built to process large and heavy steel profiles. In this demonstration, the machine processes a W36x925 profile weighing 1,377 kg/m (925 lbs/ft), with a 115 mm (4 1/2") flange and 76.7 mm (3") web. The complete profile weighs 23,000 kg (50,700 lbs).
The V631 first marks the profile, followed by milling and drilling. This demonstrates how different machining operations can be performed on the same heavy profile, even with exceptionally thick flanges and webs.
By combining its heavy-profile capacity with drilling, milling and marking capabilities, the V631 is suited to demanding structural steel applications where both size and machining requirements are significant.
