DEMO - V631: Three-side profile processing & Automatic tool change

The V631 has three independent spindles, allowing the web and both flanges of a profile to be processed at the same time. This reduces processing time, particularly for parts that require operations on multiple sides.
Each spindle has its own 8-station automatic tool changer, meaning up to 24 tools are ready for use. When another tool is required, the V631 automatically changes it and continues processing. This allows different drilling and milling operations to follow each other with less manual intervention.
Together, simultaneous three-side processing and automatic tool changing help keep production moving efficiently, even when parts require several different operations.
