What’s more, Voortman originally started as a steel fabricator. Until a few years ago, we had a steel construction division. Now we focus on developing steel processing machines with integrated software.

At Voortman we produce our machines largely in-house to maintain full control over quality and reliability. From design, assembly, and testing to the production of heavy-duty frames, cutting tables, and control cabinets. This in-house, self-sufficient approach gives us a deep understanding of the challenges faced by steel processors worldwide.

Additionally, we are very proud of the collaboration with our customers in the production of Voortman machinery. Their expertise and experience are invaluable to us. A great example is the joint development of the Voortman V623.

Production is organized into mechanical, electronic, and modular stages on a single assembly line. We have dedicated teams of skilled craftsmen to assemble each machine from start to finish. Before delivery, every system is thoroughly tested to confirm it meets all specifications and tolerances. The result is CNC steel processing machinery that helps customers optimize workflows and reduce costs per part.
