New Voortman training helps teams work more effectively from day one

Operator training: working more efficiently at the machine
This training helps machine operators enhance their skills. They dive into the use of VACAM, setting up machine functions, and understanding processes such as drilling, sawing, and marking. Technical knowledge on electrical engineering, hydraulics, and safety is also covered. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting are included too. The training is intended for both new operators and experienced staff who want to deepen their knowledge.
SigmaNEST training: optimizing nesting processes
Planners and engineers working with SigmaNEST learn how to import, modify, and nest product files more efficiently during this training. The training also covers handling remnant plates and using tools, wizards, and automation features within the software. The goal is to reduce waste and set up smarter production processes.
Flexible setup and location
The trainings are tailored to suit the specific production environment, team, and objectives. Depending on your needs, the duration can range from a single day to multiple sessions. Trainings take place either on-site at your location or at the Voortman Experience Center in Rijssen. Language options are Dutch or English.
With these practical training programs, Voortman aims to contribute to higher productivity and less waste in steel processing companies.
