Band saw VB1050

The VB1050 is the second band saw from the Voortman VB-range. This horizontal mitre cutting saw is able to saw profiles with a maximum width of 1130 mm. The saw is fitted with CNC control, which regulates the NC-selection of the mitre angle and the fully automatic cutting cycle. Like the other Voortman horizontal band saws, the VB1050 guarantees a high speed sawing capacity and a superb cut quality; this is a result of the blade inclination.

The VB1050 can be fitted with a length measuring system with feeder truck, roller feed measuring or with a stop truck. With the feeder truck system it can position against the saw, therefore all pieces from one stock length can be sawn automatically. The roller feed measuring system is not restricted by length and uses a reduced space. The advantage of a stop truck is the possibility to cut a bundle of profiles at the same time.
