By combining the V613T drilling system and VB1050 sawing system in one production line the pre-fabrication of steel profiles can be completely automated and eventually results in saving a lot of time and space.

The automatic infeed system fitted with a feeder truck provides high efficiency with both long and short length products.

De universele 6-assige industriële robot biedt buitengewone flexibiliteit en stelt de machine in staat om elke mogelijke 3D vorm te snijden door middel van autogeen en/of plasmasnijtechniek. Door gebruik te maken van meetrollen en een vaste positie van de robot in het midden van het systeem, is het mogelijk om zowel de voorzijde als de achterzijde van het materiaal in één proces te bewerken.

AISC members were impressed with the full line of Voortman machinery displayed throughout Voortman’s booth.

De Product Introductie Dagen (PID) in 2010 waren een groot succes. Vandaar dat ook in 2012 gekozen is om dit unieke evenement plaats te laten vinden. Op donderdag 28 en vrijdag 29 juni zal Voortman haar deuren weer openen voor het publiek. Tijdens deze dagen zal een groot aantal CNC gestuurde staalbewerkende machines gedemonstreerd worden en wordt uitgelegd hoe de hoogste technologieniveau’s behaald worden om zodoende productiesnelheden te verhogen en arbeidskosten te verlagen.

Jos Reijns van het staalconstructiebedrijf Jac Reijns Staalconstructie te Alphen investeerde in een V613T/ VB750 boor, layout markeer- en zaagsysteem van Voortman. In de eerste plaats voor het volautomatisch bewerken van stalen profielen, wat al vele voordelen oplevert, maar met de introductie van layout markeren verwacht hij te kunnen profiteren van veel tijdwinst. “We hebben nu de tijd om ons te verdiepen in deze materie waardoor we klaar zijn voor de toekomst.”
