Introduction V806M beam coping system
This CNC-controlled beam coping system is especially designed for cutting different types of steel profiles, such as I-beams, channels, H-beams, flat-bars, angles, rectangular tubes and flat-bars.
The Voortman V806M beam coping systems performance is highlighted by its high speed and very accurate cutting. The accuracy of the system is a result of a highly technical design with the robot mounted at the top of a solid frame, this fixed frame is positioned over the roller conveyors. To control the feeding of the profiles the system is fitted with measuring rolls which enable it to perform at high-speed and provides automatic positioning of the profile in the beam coping system.
The control software enables the import of products from DSTV-format or manual programming by means of macros.
