Introduction VB750 Horizontal bandsaw
The VB750 is the second bandsaw from the Voortman VB-range. This horizontal mitre-cutting saw is able to saw profiles with a maximum width of 750 mm. The saw is fitted with PLC-control, which regulates the NC-selection of the mitre angle and the fully automatic cutting cycle. Like the other Voortman horizontal band saws, the VB750 guarantees a high sawing capacity and a superb cut quality; this is a result of the inclined blade.
The VB750 can be fitted with a length measuring system with feeder truck or a length measuring system with a stop truck. With the feeder truck system it can reach the sawing line, therefore all products out of one starting length can be sawn automatically with this measuring system. The advantage of a stop truck is the possibility to cut a bundle of profiles at the same time.
