Combined punching and shearing systems

For the processing of flats and angles Voortman has three systems in their product range. Firstly the V550, which is suitable for processing of both flat steel as well as angle steel, but primarily this machine, is used for the processing of flat steel. The V505 is specially developed for the processing of angles, making this machine the most popular for manufacturers of e.g. transmission towers. At the same time the machine is suitable for the production of diagonal trusses and connection angle braces. Besides punching, shearing and numbering of angles, the machine also can process flat steel.

The V610 Drilling system is a CNC controlled production machine for drilling and sawing various types of steel profiles, such as flat steel, angle steel, tubes, IPE- and UNP profiles. The V610 is fitted with a vertical drilling unit. By rotating a profile, it is possible to drill the material on all sides.

Punching and shearing V550-1 The V550-1 is fitted with a punching machine fitted with one punch and a flat steel shear. Punching and Shearing V550-10 The V550-10 is fitted with a punching machine fitted with ten punches and a flat steel shear. Punching and shearing V505-3 The V505-3 is fitted with two punching machines each fitted with a triple punch station and an angle steel shear.

Punching and shearing V550-4 The V550-4 is fitted with a punching machine fitted with four punches and a flat steel shear. Punching and Shearing V505-2 The V505-2 is fitted with two punching machines each fitted with a single punch station and an angle steel shear. Drilling system V610 The V610 is fitted with one servo-controlled vertical drilling unit and a feeder truck for material positioning.
