Options

By combining the V630T with other systems, the prefabrication of steel profiles can be completely automated. This drilling system for steel profiles can be provided with several options.

	Hydraulic numbering machine VN36 With this hydraulic numbering machine the products will be a marked automatically. The 36 characters are placed on the circumference of a numbering disc. The rotation of the numbering disk and the numbering process are controlled automatically by the control system. The code will be printed at the outside of the profile.
	Cross transports For effective material handling on each type of drilling system they can be equipped with several types of cross transports. The infeed and outfeed cross transports are executed with several detectors enabling the automatic transport of beams one by one from the infeed cross transport into the drilling system and transported onto the outfeed cross transport automatically. Due to this automatic system the machine can produce products without an operator for lengthy periods.
	Horizontal (mitre) cutting band saw machine By adding a mitre cutting bandsawing machine to the processing line, the system becomes very flexible. The sawing machine is characterized by its large machining capacity, produced by the high power saw drive motor, the robust construction and the hydraulic saw band tensioning. The saw band feed and sawing pressure are automatically adjusted to the profile type, so that all profile types can be sawn at optimum speed. In the delivery program of Voortman are four types of sawing machines; these machines can also be delivered individually.
	Automatic outfeed system for short products The outfeed system for short products is designed to provide a fully automatic combined drilling and sawing system. Short products and remnant pieces are automatically discharged. The clamping unit is fitted with four pneumatically operated vertical clamps which is positioned in length direction on liniear guides driven by a frequency controlled motor.
	Shot blaster For further automation of the pre-fabrication a Voortman shot blaster can be added to the production line. The shot blasters can also be delivered as a stand alone system.
	Drill sharpening unit This drill sharpener is suitable for sharpening of HSS twist drills from 2 up 40mm. The drill sharpener comes with a precision 6-jaws chuck, Morse cones and several grinding wheels.
