Shot blasting machine VSB1500

The VSB1500 is designed for the automatic surface preparation of beams, profiles, flat bars, tubes and plates. The shot blaster is provided with 4 heavy-duty turbines and has a brush and blow-off unit. With the Brush and Blow off unit being connected with the shot blaster allows the unit to remove the shot immediately after blasting. Transport rolls are integrated into the shot blaster and the brush unit to transport the material through the machine.

To fully automate the pre-fabrication of steel structures the shot blaster can be combined with a sawing and/or drilling system to provide an extremely high-speed production system controlled by only one operator.
