Maintenance contracts

The machines are installed by one of our assembly teams at the customer premises. Our experienced service department is available for the regular maintenance and service of the machine for all our customers.

To provide a regular maintenance of the machine by professionals, we offer our customer’s comprehensive service and maintenance contracts each designed to suit a customers particular requirements. A machine that is cleaned, inspected and lubricated regularly is less likely to breakdown, in this way the continuity of your production process can be guaranteed.

This service is performed by our experienced service-engineers, who lubricate, inspect and adjust the machine. They also replace any defective parts and highlight vulnerable areas, which will require addressing at a later date.

The service department contacts the customer in advance to plan a date for maintenance. After the maintenance an inspection report is established including possible recommendations and is sent to the customer.
