Voortman attaches great value to a healthy partnership with all their customers. This starts with the assembling and commissioning of the machine, but also the regular maintenance and service of the machine is a major part of this.
To provide a regular maintenance of the machine by professionals, we offer our customers comprehensive service and maintenance contracts each designed to suit a customers particular requirements. A machine that is cleaned, inspected and lubricated regularly is less likely to breakdown, in this way the continuity of your production process is guaranteed.
This service is performed by our experienced service-engineers, who lubricate and adjust the machine. They also replace any defective parts and highlight vulnerable areas, which will require addressing at a later date.
The service department contacts the customer in advance to plan a date for maintenance. After the maintenance an inspection report is established including possible recommendations and is sent to the customer.
