LogicSteel XR achieves an accuracy of 1.5 mm (1/16"), making LogicSteel XR precise enough for the most demanding structural steel fabrication quality control workflows. LogicSteel XR supports assemblies up to 18 meters (60 ft) in length, covering the vast majority of steel components found in fabrication shops. LogicSteel XR also displays measurements directly on the beam, so inspectors always know exactly what distances should be without needing to reference separate drawings.
LogicSteel XR aligns automatically using a single QR code magnet. Attach the magnet to the steel beam, scan the QR code through the LogicSteel XR glasses, and the 3D overlay is instantly positioned onto the assembly. A quick fine-tune of the overlay ensures a perfect fit before inspection begins, and your team is up and running in no time.
LogicSteel XR integrates directly with Tekla Structures and SDS/2, so steel fabricators can use LogicSteel XR without changing their existing design workflow.
LogicSteel XR supports both metric and imperial units. The unit system is selectable directly in the XR app on the LogicSteel XR glasses, making it easy for teams in different regions to work in the system they are used to.
