The Fabricator creates assemblies fully automated, with minimal operator input. The process starts at the loading table, where plates are placed by the operator. From there, the machine does the rest.

The Fabricator is equipped with a powerful laser line projector. This scans more than 98 million accurate data points. It allows the machine to scan plate thickness, inside contours and outside contours. As a result, you can use whatever plate part you want. The Fabricator adapts to the plates on the table, rather than relying on perfect parts.

Sometimes, a plate hole on one plate will not align perfectly with a plate hole on another plate. This not as issue for the Fabricator. It will automatically make sure your plate holes are always aligned within the margins you set.

Last but not least, the Fabricator will automatically calculate and generate weld paths and the overall weld sequence. You can configure the machine to either:

• fit your subassembly only, or
• fit and fully weld the assembly.

In both cases, the welding process is optimized for maximum efficiency. And if needed, you can still make adjustments directly at the machine.
