The multi-zone robotic welding system of the Fabricator divides the welding cell into separate work areas. This allows multiple tasks to take place simultaneously. While the Fabricator welding robot processes parts in one zone, operators can load, unload, and prepare material in another. This keeps the Fabricator productive and helps reduce idle time. For smaller operations, a single-zone setup offers a compact footprint and streamlined workflow. Unlike traditional fixed welding stations, the Fabricator's zones can be combined or reconfigured at any time, giving steel fabricators the flexibility to adapt their production setup as requirements change.
