The Fabricator minimizes wait times in all phases of the welding process. Its high‑speed rotators turn up to 270 degrees, and only a single measurement per subassembly is required. To further eliminate wait times, the system supports Dual Zone welding.

The Fabricator in the demo video has four high speed rotators. This configuration allows for the Fabricator to fully finish welding one subassembly while simultaneously tack‑welding another.

Loading the Fabricator with plates is both easy and time efficient. An operator can even load plates while the Fabricator is working, without compromising safety.

This high end heavy duty welding robot significantly reduces waiting times by automating key tasks. For example, it automatically calibrates and cleans the torch. As a result, operators are free to do more important tasks around the workshop while the Fabricator keeps on working 24 hours a day.

Designed as a true workhorse, the Fabricator handles routine welding jobs around the clock without constant interruption. It is fully supported by Voortman’s expert remote support team, who can monitor the system via integrated cameras. Should an issue arise, they are always available and able to resolve up to 90% of cases remotely.
