BACK-SIDE CUTTING WITH ZERO WASTE MATERIAL
The innovative 3-chuck design enables full-profile rotation and automatic repositioning for high-quality backside cutting. It delivers continuous, uninterrupted cutting of long profiles with zero waste. If you do have remnants, the V845 handles remnants up to 800 mm (31 1/2”) automatically. The result: higher productivity at lower operational costs.

Engineered for strength, the V845 processes round, square, and rectangular profiles up to 2.4 tons (5,300 lbs), including H/I profiles up to 350 × 350 mm (13 13/16" × 13 13/16"). Its automatically calibrated cutting head ensures accurate results on varying thicknesses, shapes, and sizes.

The V845 features automatic height sensing, centering and adjustable clamping force of profiles. The automatic nozzle & bevel axis calibration ensures ultra-precise ±0.1 mm (1/254”) high-quality cutting while minimizing downtime and operator errors.

Laser power
Start with 6 kW for standard cutting needs and scale up to 12 or even 20 kW for more demanding applications.
Chuck size and configuration
The V845 is available with a chuck range of 350 or 500 mm (14.2 or 19.7”). On the V845-500, a fourth chuck is available. The infeed and outfeed lengths have options of 6, 9 or 12 meters (20, 30 and 40 ft).
Infeed upgrade
Switch from chain transmission to a high-speed feeding arm for tighter material placement and 30% faster loading.
Short product device
The short product device automatically unloads and removes cut-offs and smaller parts. It keeps the work area clear, improves safety, and ensures smooth, continuous production.
