ANALYZE AND SIMULATE PRODUCTION DATA

Our analysis of your production data helps us as we pursue important insights. Together, we examine how the available space is laid out, how intra-logistics flows are handled, and how efficient connections can be made to follow-up processes.

Our machines and handling systems are fully modular and can be shifted and reconfigured as many times as needed during real-time simulations with your own production data. Until the most optimal production line has been created.

PROVIDE SMART CHOICES WHILE LOADING AND UNLOADING

Our load balancing tools enable system operators to make smart choices while distributing processes and loads, resulting in a more efficient use of the system's resources.

We provide graphical information on the workload for each area of the production line and also depict how that workload changes as a batch moves through the production line. At the same time, operators can unload and sort profiles directly from the side loader, as output locations graphically display the products per project or per building phase.

Our production lines can support both manual and automatic welding. While automatic welding is fully integrated in the production process, proper logistics with (multiple) output positions allow manual assembly and welding operations to proceed optimally. Combined with an automated processing line, welding operations can be a bottleneck. Therefore, Voortman machines can provide clean and layout marked profiles, to ensure efficient setup with error-free welds and good adhesion.

If you are committed to full automation, you can choose to integrate large parts of the welding process into your production line as well. Voortman's fully automatic welding system focuses entirely on the automatic assembly and welding of most (long and heavy) profiles with the most common connection types. It can be used for fitting only or fitting and welding of complete structures.

The large degree of automation enables you to use the engineering process and logistic routings in your workshop more flexibly, increasing your capacity to handle projects with high quantities of common connections.
