Interplay between hardware and software
Using top-of-the-notch hardware does not fully guarantee the quality of your products. Therefore, an excellent interplay between hardware and software is needed to comply to the required quality standards. Measurements are communicated directly, with minimum lag, to the central VACAM processing software to ensure high quality. The VACAM software is equipped on every Voortman machine and allows you to produce your product on various machines in for example an automated Multi System Integration (MSI) production line, in which several machines are integrated.
Accommodate different processes in a fully automated production line
Due to these several Voortman machines which can be integrated in a fully automated MSI production line, you can accommodate different processes to the most suitable machine. This is beneficial for reaching the required quality because sometimes specific processes are not permitted according to the quality standards of EN1090 or AISC. Finally, the measurement systems in a MSI production line are aligned with each other in such a way that length measuring has to be performed only once and front measuring will be correct at every machine in the line, ensuring that your product tolerances are greatly reduced.
