The V342 is built with proven hardware. It uses a Precitec ProCutter 2.0 cutting head for precise and fast cutting. A Maxphotonics fiber laser source delivers clean, consistent power. Together, they provide speed and reliability.

The V342 is designed to be easy to run. You get an integrated cutting database that gives you the right parameters instantly, so every job starts quickly and accurately. Automatic gas selection and fast gas change take care of gas settings for you, reducing downtime and avoiding mistakes. And if cutting is interrupted, the resume function picks up right where it left off.
HIGH QUALITY CUTS
The V342 has advanced height control that automatically adjusts the focus to the plate. This ensures precise cutting at all times. The system also only needs one initial nozzle calibration. After that, nozzle compensation corrects for nozzle differences automatically, so you don’t have to recalibrate with each change.

The V342 is available with 12, or 20 kW of fiber laser power. It cuts mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with speed and precision. Get clean results, minimal kerf and waste, and boost overall productivity.
DURABLE MACHINE DESIGN
The V342 is built for long‑term reliability. Its hydraulic shuttle table handles heavy plates and large formats with ease. The exchange table enables fast material changes and keeps the workspace clean. A stable worktop minimizes deformation under load, and the lightweight yet robust gantry supports fast, accurate movement.
MIXED GAS CUTTING
The V342 mixes gas directly in the cutting head, so no external mixing devices are needed. This keeps the setup simple and reduces extra components. Mixed gas cutting allows much higher speeds (often three to six times faster ) while maintaining high cut quality in steel. It improves gas flow, reduces costs, and makes production more efficient.
LASER SAFETY CLASS 1
The V342 is a class 1 laser, the safest category. The laser light stays inside the machine at all times. The enclosure prevents any laser light from escaping. The doors also have safety sensors that only allow the laser to operate when everything is fully closed. This ensures the operator is always protected while the machine is running

The V342 is designed for straight cutting only. If you need bevel capabilities, the V353 is our laser option that supports precise bevel cuts. For plasma-based bevel cutting, the V310 is an excellent choice with full bevel functionality.
