We're here to help!

We want all of our customers, current and future, to rest assured that through preparation and quick action there won't be any significant change in our ability to perform service, maintenance, installation, and parts and consumable fulfillment at this point internally. We are navigating the various laws and regulations enacted in each country to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and health of our technicians working in the field.

Thankfully our own internal remote service capabilities and automated systems have allowed Voortman Steel Machinery to continue to be there for our customers. We can fix most issues with remote technicians assisting your operators over the phone utilizing Voortman's remote diagnostics, and our parts and consumables department is taking extra steps to minimize contamination risk when accepting and sending shipments in our facilities.
