Tardy Constructions Métalliques is a steel fabricator based in France, operating in Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Chambéry and Avignon. For more than 20 years, Tardy has produced steel structures for industrial buildings, public buildings and agricultural buildings. They also manufactures and assemble roofing and cladding.

Increased automation level

Tardy Constructions Métalliques invested in a back-to-back drill/saw line which includes a Voortman V631 drilling and milling machine and a VB1050 beam sawing machine. They included a feeder truck system combined with an automatic Short Product Removal System to handle short elements up to 1.400 mm and to work full automatic. With these machines they have automated capabilities such as high speed drilling, milling in one go until 20 mm thick, marking on 4 sides for easy assembly, counter sinking, tapping and sawing. As a result they have increased their productivity, efficiency and accuracy - all with a small footprint. Tardy Constructions Métalliques is able to quickly adapt all your wishes and needs!
