Increased automation level

Tardy Constructions Métalliques invested in a back-to-back drill/saw line which includes a Voortman V631 drilling and milling machine and a VB1050 beam sawing machine. They included a feeder truck system combined with an automatic Short Product Removal System to handle short elements up to 1.400 mm and to work full automatic. With these machines they have automated capabilities such as high speed drilling, milling in one go until 20 mm thick, marking on 4 sides for easy assembly, counter sinking, tapping and sawing.
